Perused the record and proceeding. The present C.A. is filed for bringing the legal heirs of deceased appellant Hansrajprasad Jwalaprasad Shukla. It has been mainly contended by the applicants that Hansrajprasad Jwalaprasad Shukla died on 22nd September 2014 leaving behind his L.Rs. who is the son of deceased and also GPA. Copy of death certificate filed on record shows that Hansrajprasad Jwalaprasad Shukla died on 22nd September 2014. The present C.A. is filed on 17th December 2014. There is no contest to this application. Thus it appears that application is filed within time. In view of the above, I find no difficulty to pass following order. C.A. is hereby allowed.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant Hansrajprasad Jwalaprasad Shukla. Necessary amendment be carried out within the period of cnd.ca15266.15

limitation.

Accordingly C.A. stands disposed of.
