This Court (Coram:Nitin W. Sambre & S.G.Chapalgaonkar, JJ.) had passed an order dated 12.04.2023 in Writ Petition No.4153 of 2023. In view of the said order, the Grampanchayat issued notice dated 18.02.2023 to the purported encroachers, marking out the portion of encroachments to be removed. In response to the notice, the Petitioners tendered their replies on 22.04.2023 alongiwth documents. The Grampanchayat is yet to a take decision.

Let the Grampanchayat consider the records and replies of the Petitioners and pass an order within the contours of law, within 45 days from today and thereafter initiate action against the encroachers. 3.
