The applicants are LR's of the deceased petitioner. They pray for leave to bring the legal heirs of the petitioner on record in the petition. Applications are filed within time. Notices are yet to be issued to the respondents in the writ petition. 2.

Considering the peculiar facts as above and as the petitions are at pre-notice stage, the applications are allowed. The applicants shall be brought on record as heirs of the deceased petitioner within a period of 3 weeks from today.
