DATE : 30TH NOVEMBER, 2016 ORDER :

1.

This Contempt Petition alleges the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 8th September 2016 in Criminal Writ Petition No.948 of 2016.

2.

At the out-set, the learned A.P.P.

appearing for the State has tendered across the Bar the letter written by Superintendent, Open District Prison, Paithan, addressed to the Public Prosecutor, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.

We have carefully perused the contents of the said letter. It appears that the State Government has taken the decision and to that effect, details about each Petitioner have been

mentioned in the said letter.
