DATED : 29th NOVEMBER, 2018 Order :- These petitions take exception to the notice bearing No. FL-CLR-112018/373 dated 19-09-2018 issued by the Superintendent of the State Excise, Parbhani. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respective petitioners have already filed their reply to the said notice/notices. 2.
In our opinion, when the concerned authority is seized of the proceedings and reply is also filed by the petitioners, without waiting for the decision of the said authority, filing of the present petitions by the petitioners is premature. Hence, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
