Writ Petition No. 13299 of 2022 is not on today's Board. Same is taken on board at the request of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner.

In all these Petitions, the Petitioners, who are working as Teachers in the Zilla Parishad, Latur, are aggrieved by their transfers made by the impugned orders.

After hearing both the sides for some time, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the process for transfers of this year is going on in the Zilla Parishad, Latur, and the Petitioners will make a Representation to the Zilla Parishad, Latur, and directions may be issued to consider the same in accordance with the existing policy. 4.

Learned Advocate appearing for Zilla Parishad, Latur, submits that, if such a Representation is made by the Petitioners, the same shall be considered in accordance with the policy. 5.

Learned AGPs for the State are present.

We dispose off the Petitions with liberty to the Petitioners to make Representation to Respondent No. 3 - Zilla Parishad, Latur. If

3 935WP10999.2022.odt such Representations are received by Respondent No.3 - Zilla Parishad, Latur, same shall be considered on their own merits, in accordance with the existing policy, as expeditiously as possible, while considering the Annual General Transfers [AGTs].
