Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Secretary of the APMC was forwarded to Respondent No.2 in the year 2012. Thereafter, in 2015, again proposal is fled. However, no decision has been taken as yet by Respondent No.2. In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Secretary of APMC is pending with Respondent No.2, then Respondent No.2 shall decide it expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within six months.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
