These applications have been filed by the State for getting delay of 1290 days condoned in filing first appeal.

The learned Advocate representing the original claimants strongly opposed the applications on the ground that there is huge and inordinate delay, which has not been properly explained at all. Taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in para Nos. 2 to 4 and taking liberal view, delay is condoned.
