Heard learned Advocate for the respective sides. Perused the earlier order passed by this Court dated 13th October, 2023 in Writ Petition No. 10324 of 2022 (Niranjan Omprakash Agrawal Vs. The Competent Authority, Land Acquisition & ors). 2.

The issue is no longer res integra. The learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India has placed on record a compiolation of five pages, which are collectively marked as "X-1". 10% deducted from the compensation amount as Nazrana is deposited with the State Government.

In view of the above, this Petition is allowed. The deducted amount shall be repaid to the Petitioners along-with admissible interest, within 30 days from today.
