In view of availability of alternate remedy as provided under section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, writ petition need not be entertained. Keeping the option to avail of remedies available in law, open for the petitioner, writ petition stands disposed of. 2.

Revisional authority dealing with the revision application may consider the time spent in prosecuting the remedy of writ petition before this Court while considering the application for condonation of delay that may be presented by petitioner.
