The Petitioner has preferred a statutory Appeal before Respondent No.1 and the grievance is that the appeal proceedings are not even registered, much less notice is issued. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.1 to immediately issue notices to all the litigating parties and decide the stay application in the Appeal within thirty [30] days from today. The Petitioner as well as

Needless to state, Respondent No.1 is at liberty to deal with the stay application on its own merits. Thereafter, the Appeal be decided within 150 days.
