Mr.Bayas, learned counsel submits that validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since February 2016. The petitioner is prosecuting her studies in 2nd year B.Pharmacy. The vigilance is also not conducted.

We have also heard learned A.G.P.

None appears for Respondent No.3.

The Respondent No.2 Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within nine (9) months.

The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 5.2.2018. 5.

The Respondent No.3 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies and appearing for examination in case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. 6.

The Respondent No.3 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
