The Learned Counsel Mr. Madhav Kalyane h/f Mr. Temkar alongwith appellant/original claimant and learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 Mr. Abhijit Choudhari tender on record compromise pursis which is marked as Exhibit-X. They pray to

With the assistance of learned counsel, we have ascertained the identification of the appellants/claimants. 3.

As agreed between the parties the respondent no. 2/Insurance Company shall deposit an amount of Rs. 9,75,000/- (Rs. Nine Lacs Seventy Five Thousand) towards full and final settlement with MACT, Sangamner within a period of 8 weeks which shall be treated to be an undertaking. On depositing the amount, the same shall be disbursed to the appellant/claimant 4.

First Appeal is disposed of in view of the settlement and today's minutes. Award be drawn accordingly.

Request of refund of Court fees shall be process in accordance with law.
