Mr. Gunale, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the post of Hostel Superintendent in Primary Ashram School is vacant and the Management is ready to absorb the present petitioner on the said post. The petitioner is working as Hostel Superintendent in Secondary Ashram School. It is for the Management to take necessary steps in that regard. Learned counsel for the Management states that the Management is ready to absorb the petitioner on the said post.

If the Management appoints/absorbs the petitioner on the post of Hostel Superintendent of Primary Ashram School, then the respondent Management may send the said proposal for approval to the 1/2

40wp11501.odt competent authority. If such proposal is received, the competent authority shall consider the said proposal on its own merits, expeditiously.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
