The Petitioner has already obeyed the transfer order dated 12.06.2018 and is presently working at the place of transfer. After five years, he would be eligible for being transferred out of that place. For the said purpose, he has tendered a representation dated 11.09.2023 to the Zilla Parishad. He prays for a decision. 2.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the said representation would be considered within sixty [60] days, on its own merits.
