DATED : 10 th February, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] By the present Revision, the applicant is seeking revision of the order, passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Jalgaon on 17.11.2014, below Exh.1 in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 180 of 2013, by which the learned Assistant Sessions Judge rejected the application for condonation of delay.

2] In view of Section 10 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Assistant Sessions Judge is subordinate to the Sessions Judge.

3] In that view of the matter, Revision will lie before the learned Sessions Judge, Jalgaon.
