After arguing the application for some time, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application. He however submits that the trial has already commenced and hence requests to grant liberty to approach afresh if the trial does not conclude within a reasonable period. 3.

Application is permitted to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such. Liberty to the applicant to apply afresh if the trial does not conclude by the end of April, 2017.
