The petitioner possesses a revenue recovery certificate dated 25.09.2024, issued pursuant to the judgment and order passed in Application Recovery (ULP) No. 92/2019. The petitioner's request has been pending with the government.

We dispose of the writ petition, directing respondent nos. 2 and 3 to take immediate steps for undertaking the recoveries pursuant to the revenue recovery certificate, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within eight weeks.
