Learned advocate Mr. S.K. Kadam for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that the matter has even become infructuous since bye laws of a Cooperative Bank were being challenged and a direction was sought to hold the elections. He submits that the elections are already over and so far as the legality of bye laws is concerned a provision of appeal under Section 152 of the Cooperative Societies Act is available. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
