By this application, applicants are praying for grant of stay to the execution, implementation and operation of judgment and decree dated 07.11.2022 passed by the District Judge, Basmathnagar, Dist. Hingoli in R.C.A. No. 8/2020. Second Appeal has been admitted after framing substantial questions of law. In that view of the matter, it would be desirable that status quo as regards to the suit property is maintained. 2.

In that view of the matter, application stands allowed. During pendency of Second Appeal, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and decree passed by the District Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 929-ca-17434-2022 Court. Further the respondent shall not create third party interest over the suit property that would prejudice the right of applicants.
