For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and 'B', which reads as under : "A) To condone the delay of 376 days in respect of bringing LRs deceased Manik Laxman Tambe caused in filing the present application.

B) To allow this application by bringing the appellant Nos.2A to 2E on record as a legal heirs of deceased Manik Laxman Tambe."
