1) Heard. Delay of 574 days is caused in filing the present appeal by the Insurance company. Learned Counsel for the claimants though has opposed for condoning the delay, made an alternate submission that if the insurance company is ready to argue the appeal immediately, the claimants may not have any objection for condoning the delay. The learned Counsel for the insurance company was prompt enough in submitting that he is ready to argue the appeal today itself.

2) In view of the submissions so made, the delay is condoned. Civil Application stands disposed of. The appeal be registered in accordance with law. Place the appeal for final disposal immediately.
