Present writ petition is disposed of, without going into the merits of the matter, as learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain subsequent developments, which have resulted into registration of crime against respondent No. 2 Anil @ Vallab Bhimrao Pawar under the provisions of Money Lending Act.

In view of above subsequent developments, it shall be open for the present petitioner to move the application afresh based on the subsequent developments, which learned Magistrate shall deal with, in accordance of law.
