By the present application, the applicant has prayed to set aside the order dated 11.09.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, refusing registration of the contempt petition on account of non-removal of office objections.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. Same is accordingly allowed.

(a) The order dated 11.09.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is set aside.

(Order) (2) C.A. No. 14388 of 2017 Contempt petition stamp no. 14004/2017 is restored to its original position.

(b) The petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of six weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove office objections within the stipulated period, the order allowing instant civil application shall be deemed to have been recalled.

(c) Delay, if any, stands condoned.
