R.S.Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the Petitioners.

The petitioners/accused have challenged the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge exercising her jurisdiction u/s 408 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and transferring the case on

2 Cr.W.P. 1466.2016 administrative grounds after being satisfied that the matter is of such a nature that the trial should be before the lady Judicial Officer. The case has been pending at Jintur, however, as there is no lady Judicial Officer at Jintur, the learned Sessions Judge felt it appropriate to transfer the case to the Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parbhani. I see no reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge.

The Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed.
