After making submissions for a while, the learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he would withdraw the application with liberty to approach the same Court after the mobile which has been seized from the accused is returned by the Forensic Laboratory with the report. At present the mobile has been forwarded to the Forensic Laboratory. Though this Court had given directions to learned APP on 01.03.2022 to produce the transcript of the video, it appears that on 14.03.2022 the learned APP made a statement that the transcript cannot be produced as the mobile has been sent to Chemical Analyzer for analysis. In view of this circumstance and the fact
