Issue fresh notice in Civil Application No. 8297 of 2015 to the non-applicants, returnable on 1.3.2018.

Copies for issuance of notice shall be supplied on/or before 29.1.2018, failing which Civil Application No.8297 of 2015 shall stand rejected with effect from 3.2.2018.
