The Applicants pray for condonation of delay of 34 days in filing this Civil Application seeking setting aside of the order of the learned Registrar dated 20.09.2017 by which, registration to the Second Appeal has been refused for non removal of office objections. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application and since the delay is minor, the Civil Application is allowed on the following conditions:- (a) The Applicants shall remove all office objections in the Second Appeal on or before 12.01.2018.

(b) After the objections are removed, the order of the learned Registrar dated 20.09.2017 shall stand set aside and the

(c) If the direction to remove office objections is not complied with, this order shall stand recalled, the Civil Application shall stand rejected and then the order of the learned Registrar shall be made effective from 15.01.2018.
