Petitioner challenges the notice dated 28/08/2025 issued under Section 48(7)(8) of in Maharashtra Land Revenue Code for transportation of illegal 5 to 6 brass sand in Hyva Truck bearing registration No. MH46 BB 338. He submits that the vehicle has been illegally detained and that his vehicle be released. 2.

The Petitioner has been served by notice dated 28/08/2025. Petitioner may reply to the notice and also file an application for release of the vehicle before the concerned authority. If such an application is filed, concerned authority will decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously.
