The petitioner seeks transfer on the ground of couple convenience. The petitioner may approach the Divisional Commissioner in that regard. The Divisional Commissioner shall consider the application/ representation filed by the petitioner and pass orders therein within 30 days on the application being filed. The petitioner is entitled to submit the copy of judgment passed by this Court, relied upon by the petitioner. With these directions, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
