We have heard Mr. Sonar, the learned advocate for the petitioners. The learned advocate for petitioners submits that applications U/Sec. 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 have been filed by the respondent/acquiring body. Even after lapse of three months from the date award passed by the arbitrator, the amount is not deposited. The respondents are bound to deposit amount within a period of thirty (30) days after award is passed.

The petitioners would have remedy U/Sec. 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The petitioners have to avail the said remedy.

In case within a reasonable time, no further orders are passed U/Sec. 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, then the petitioners may move this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
