PER COURT :- 1.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent. In fact impugned order of absorption was considered by us in Writ Petition No.8008/2014 with connected writ petitions. In light of that, we observe the same course adopted while disposing of the aforesaid writ petitions.

The petitioner shall join at the place he is directed to be absorbed vide order dated 07.09.2014 and start discharging his duties. Subsequently, if the posts and the places at which the petitioner is directed to be absorbed vide order dated 28.08.2014 are sanctioned, the respondents shall accommodate the petitioner on the said post, which he was directed to be absorbed vide order dated 28.08.2014. With these observations and directions, writ petition stands disposed of.

As far question of payment of salary is concerned, petitioner shall make representation to the respondent authority for payment

wp 323.2015.odt of the salary during the said period, which would be considered by the Authority, on its own merits, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the representation. 4.
