1] This petition is filed with the following substantive prayer : [B] By way of appropriate an order, writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent authorities may kindly be directed to decide the application dated 11.03.2016 and/or detailed application dated 30.12.2016 tendered by th;e petitioner seeking the same prayer of granting the benefits on account of working on the additional charge for the post of senior clerk at the office of the present respondent No.4.

2] We direct the respondent No.4 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner, if not already decided, keeping in view the service record and entitlement of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, however, within 8 weeks from today. It is needless to observe that if the concerned authority - respondent No. 4 wish to hear the petitioner, he can issue notice to the petitioner.

3] With the above observations, Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
