PER COURT :- The petitioner is praying for issuance of direction for expeditious disposal of the Arbitration Application pending before the Principal District Judge, Parbhahi. Report was called for from the concerned Principal District Judge and on receipt of the information, it does appear that, similar matters are pending since 2006 onwards and it is only the Principal District Judge, who has to deal with the matters. Considering the pendency of the matters before the learned Principal District Judge, Parbhani, we deem it appropriate to issue directions to decide the pending Misc.
