ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.12097 OF 2024 1.

This application is filed by the petitioners seeking amendment to the petition to add prayer clause to quash and set aside the order dated 28th October 2024 passed by the Respondent No.3 i.e. Circle Inspector, Jafrabad, Dist.Jalna and also seeks leave to insert paragraph as regards order dated 28th October 2024. This order came to be passed after filing of the main petition. Looking to these facts, the application stands allowed.

Amendment is allowed. The petitioner to add paragraph nos. 15A, 15B and prayer clause B1 in the petition. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. ORDER IN WRIT PETITION NO. 12045 OF 2024 3.

Heard. Issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 7th January 2025.

Learned AGP waives notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 5.

Mr. Salok waives notice for added respondent Nos. 4 and 5. ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.12096 OF 2024 6.

This application is filed by a person, who claims to have interest in the outcome of the Writ Petition. It is pointed out that the applicant herein was a party in some of the proceedings before the Revenue Authority. There is no dispute.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent opposes the application stating that the subject matter of the present petition is altogether different and the interest present applicant is not going to be affected in any manner and opposes the application. 8.

Looking to the submissions and the facts that in some of the proceedings the present applicant was a party, this Court is inclined

to allow the application.

The applicant be added as a party to the Writ Petition No.12045/2024. Amendment be carried out in the title clause within a period of two weeks from today.

If the petitioner desires to make any averments as regards to the added respondents, he is at liberty to amend the petition suitably within a period of two weeks from today. Application is thus allowed and stands disposed off.

Till the next date, parties shall not act upon the impugned order. No steps be taken on the basis of impugned order. (KISHORE C. SANT, J.)
