The case of petitioners is that, the petitioners have filed an application seeking rental compensation in respect of their acquired lands vide application dated 18.09.2015 (Exhibit - D), however, the same is not yet decided.

In case the said application (Exhibit - D) is pending with the authorities for grant of rental compensation, then the Special Land Acquisition Officer/Competent Authority shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from today.
