The petitioners are seeking directions against respondent to disburse the admitted amount of gratuity, unpaid salary, closure compensation, leave encashment and other terminal benefits. We find that the petitioner never approached the respondents for claiming such amount. In the absence of any refusal or decision by the respondent, we feel it inappropriate to direct the respondents. Perhaps, they may consider the request of the petitioner.

Hence, we dispose of the said petition by granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent authority to seek
