These appeals are circulated for withdrawal of all the

Learned advocate for the appellants has produced on record the copy of the communication dated 12-06-2024 from the Executive Engineer, Sina Kolegaon Project, Division Paranda, requesting to withdraw all the appeals. It is further stated in the communication that the Corporation has received fund and the same is deposited in the court at Paranda for disbursement to the claimants. Said communication is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purpose.

Applications for condonation of delay stand allowed. The delay stands condoned.
