Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

This petition is apparently mischievous seeking directions against the respondents to acquire the land and carry out the measurement, as it was used by the respondents for roads. When the Court put question to the counsel for the petitioner whether any road actually has been constructed on the land of the petitioner, the answer is no. In fact, there is no cause of action to approach this Court. 3.
