After arguing for some time, the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the application, however, persuade this Court to expedite the trial, since, the applicant is behind the bar for more than three and half year and trial is at nascent stage, although the charge is framed in the year 2021.

In that view of the matter, Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Sessions Judge is requested to make an endeavour to expedite the trial and conclude the same in any case within a period of nine months from today. In case, trial could not be concluded within stipulated period, the applicant shall be at liberty to move afresh before the Sessions Court for grant of bail.
