Affidavit-in-reply has been tendered on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 wherein it has been stated that award has been finalised on 13.06.2016 and the amount determined under the award is to the tune of Rs. 1,86,30,000/-. It is also further stated that respondents 1 and 2 are pursuing the acquiring body to deposit the amount to facilitate the Land Acquisition Officer to make payment to the petitioner.

In this view of the matter, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondents 3 and 4 to make available the
