I have heard the learned Advocates for the Petitioners and Respondent No.6 along with the learned AGP on behalf of the State. It is pointed out by the learned Advocate for Respondent No.6 and the learned AGP that an enquiry under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, which has been challenged in these petitions, has already been concluded and these petitions are rendered infructuous.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners would prefer to challenge the outcome of the enquiry by resorting to a remedy as may be permissible in law and all contentions be kept open.

Considering the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed of as being infructuous with liberty to the Petitioners to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law. All contentions of all the litigating sides are kept open.
