Heard learned Counsel for respective parties. 2.

Grievance is made that respondent nos.5 and 6 are not taking any decision on application of the petitioner seeking permission for running brick kiln business in the light of existing rules. Directions are given by the Green Tribunal to consider proposal of the petitioner as per existing rules.

Considering the fact that the application is pending with respondent nos.5 and 6, we direct respondent nos.5 and 6 to take decision upon application of the petitioner submitted for running business of brick kiln, in accordance with law and directions issued from time to time, expeditiously and preferably within three months from today. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
