Heard rival submission. The applicants / original claimants are seeking condonation of delay of 381 days in filing cross objection which appears to be caused due to ignorance of legal provisions. However that cannot be a proper reason. The learned AGP opposed the application on that count only. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants /claimants, the delay of 381 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period, if the amount is enhanced.

The cross-objections be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
