When this Court shown disinclination to entertain the present Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appeal under section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. 2.

In view of the above, the Criminal Writ Petition is disposed off as withdraw with liberty as prayed for. Pending Criminal Application also stands disposed off.

Time which has been consumed while prosecuting this petition would be the good ground for condonation of delay under section 14 of the Limitation Act.
