PER COURT :- This Petition is filed seeking directions to Respondent No.3 - Education Officer to grant permanent approval in favour of the petitioner to the post of Junior Clerk from 21st August, 2013, and upon granting such approval, the Respondents may be directed to process the salary bills and disburse the salary to the petitioner.

It appears that Respondent No.3 has not taken any decision on the proposal submitted by Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 for

11529.15WP approval to the appointment of the petitioner as junior clerk. In the circumstances, we direct Respondent No.3 to take decision on the said proposal, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within four weeks from today. Needless to observe that while taking such decision, Respondent No.3 shall keep in view the Government Resolution dated 21st August, 2013 issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai and also the judgment of this Court in the case of Sushil S/o Rangnath Waghmare V/s The State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No.

8893 of 2015, decided on 27th April, 2016. The petitioner will be at liberty to produce the copy of the said Government Resolution and the judgment before Respondent No.3.

The Petition stands disposed of to the above extent.
