We have heard Mr. Undre, learned counsel for the petitioner in the morning session. The matter was kept back at the request of learned A.G.P. to take instructions.

The learned A.G.P. upon instructions of the Collector, Aurangabad submits that the Collector, Aurangabad would modify the order dated 05.10.2019. The ban on sale of liquor would be restricted up to the end of the Poll on 21.10.2019 and on 24.10.2019 till the end of counting.

In light of the above, the purpose of the writ petition now does not survive.
