We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr. Deshpande, the learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Considering the reasons given by way of indulgence, we extend the time to decide the appeal as directed in Writ Petition No. 1687 of 2018 by four months from today. If the appeal is not decided within four months from today as directed, we may take further action against the authorities.
