Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent no.1. Mr. Kharat learned Counsel waives service of notice for the respondent no.2 and 3. 2.

The grievance of the petitioners in respect of the postings given to them vide order dated 22.07.2024. It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners could have been given nearer posts considering the availability of the posts, in view of the hardship suffered by them. After 22.07.2024, both petitioners made representation on 24.07.2024 and 23.09.2024 respectively to the respondent no.2.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.2 to consider the representation made by the petitioners. The respondent no.2 shall consider the representation made by the petitioners in accordance with the policies and norms and in view of Government Resolution dated 23.05.2023.
