This is an application seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent appellant in this Court on 8.4.2013. The applicants were earlier granted withdrawal of the amount to the extent of 50 per cent. It is pointed out that the applicant no.3 / original respondent no.3 is taking education in private engineering college and needs a sum of Rs.1,34,580/- for payment of tution fees. 2.

Considering the fact that the applicant no.3 /ori. respondent no.3 is pursuing engineering degree education, the applicants shall be permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- out of the amount deposited by the Insurer in this Court on condition of furnishing an undertaking that in the event of success of appeal, the applicants shall re-deposit the amount within a period of twelve weeks from such decision.
